This department is responsible for receiving and processing, sales or
service requests.
The Small Business Machines Service department is comprised of four
technicians, and one service call dispatcher, with one of the technicians
also serving as the service manager.

We have field technicians who respond directly to the customer's site for repair, and or service, as requested by the customer. The customer can usually expect a response within twenty four (24) hours after receiving the service request, depending on the time of the request call (Friday afternoon would grant a Monday morning response).
In many cases we provide equipment on loan, for our customer's convenience. We know how important it is to keep your "down time" to a minimum.
